Community Guidelines

The Mr. Blindbandit community is intended for lawful discussion, music discovery, artist interaction, polls, comments, announcements, and other constructive participation. Freedom to disagree does not create permission to threaten people, expose private information, impersonate others, infringe rights, exploit minors, commit fraud, or use the service as infrastructure for illegal conduct.

Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and should protect their credentials. Display names must not falsely imply official status, impersonate another person or organization, or intentionally confuse users about identity or authority.

Posts, comments, display names, reactions, and other community content designated public can be seen, quoted, linked, indexed, or copied by others. Users should not publish information they expect to remain private. Private label-portal material belongs in the private portal, not the community.

Do not make credible threats, solicit violence, celebrate or encourage imminent violence against identifiable people, publish instructions intended to facilitate a violent attack, or use the community to coordinate violent wrongdoing. Context matters for journalism, education, fiction, documentary discussion, and condemnation, but those contexts do not excuse a genuine threat.

Do not organize targeted harassment, repeatedly contact a person after clear requests to stop, encourage others to swarm or intimidate someone, or use slurs and demeaning attacks in a way that creates serious targeted abuse. Robust criticism of ideas, public work, companies, or public figures is not automatically harassment.

Do not publish another person's private home address, private phone number, passwords, authentication tokens, bank credentials, government identifiers, precise private location, nonpublic medical records, or comparable highly sensitive information without lawful authority. Do not post or threaten to post non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a person without consent.

Any sexual exploitation of children, grooming, solicitation of sexual content from minors, child sexual abuse material, sexualized imagery of minors, trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate abuse is prohibited. Reports involving suspected child exploitation should be escalated through the safety process and handled under applicable reporting and preservation duties.

Do not use the service to incite violence or exclusion against protected groups or to direct severe dehumanizing abuse at people because of legally protected characteristics. Discussion of hateful ideology for criticism, reporting, education, history, or art can be allowed when the context is clear and does not itself promote unlawful harm.

Do not run investment scams, fake giveaways, phishing, credential theft, impersonation fraud, fake support accounts, deceptive payment requests, malicious shortened links, or schemes designed to steal money, accounts, identity information, or access.

Do not distribute malware, credential stealers, destructive payloads, or code primarily intended to compromise other users or the service. Do not probe, scan, exploit, overwhelm, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized entry into accounts, private portals, administration interfaces, or infrastructure.

Good-faith security research must stay within the Security and Vulnerability Reporting Policy.

Do not flood discussions, automate fake engagement, mass-create accounts, manipulate polls through deceptive account farms, post repetitive unsolicited promotions, or use the community to generate artificial metrics. Reasonable self-promotion is allowed where relevant and not deceptive or disruptive.

Only post content you have the right to post. Copyright and trademark reports are handled under the Copyright and DMCA Policy. A disagreement about ownership does not authorize harassment of the other party.

Do not use the community to arrange unlawful trafficking, unlawful sales of regulated goods, fraud, extortion, money laundering, exploitation, or another transaction prohibited by applicable law. General discussion, news, history, harm-prevention information, and lawful policy debate are not prohibited merely because the subject concerns regulated or illegal activity.

Pornographic or sexually explicit content may be restricted or removed to maintain the intended audience and advertiser-suitable nature of the public community. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, sexual extortion, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited regardless of artistic framing.

Content that encourages, instructs, or pressures a person to engage in self-harm, suicide, or a dangerous challenge can be restricted or removed. Supportive discussion, recovery experiences, prevention resources, and non-graphic educational discussion may be allowed.

The service may label, contextualize, limit, or remove deceptive content where necessary to prevent fraud, impersonation, safety harm, or material platform abuse. Ordinary mistakes, satire, parody, opinion, disagreement, and good-faith debate are not automatically violations.

AI-generated or synthetic material is not prohibited merely because AI was used. Users remain responsible for rights, impersonation, fraud, defamation, privacy, safety, and disclosure obligations. Synthetic material designed to deceptively impersonate a real person or fabricate a harmful endorsement may be restricted or removed.

Users must not falsely represent a commercial relationship with Mr. Blindbandit or Blindbandit Records. Paid, gifted, affiliate, or sponsored content must include any disclosure required by applicable law. Spam and misleading promotions remain prohibited.

Depending on severity and history, the service may take no action, provide a warning, remove content, limit visibility, disable a feature, restrict posting, suspend an account, terminate an account, preserve evidence, or make a report required by law. Immediate severe action can be taken for urgent safety, exploitation, fraud, security, or legal concerns without first issuing a warning.

Where practical and legally appropriate, a person affected by a meaningful moderation decision should receive a reason or category for the action and an opportunity to request review. An appeal should be reviewed by a person who can consider context rather than simply repeating the original automated signal. Repetitive abusive appeals can be limited.

Community reports should identify the content or account, the reason for concern, and any context needed to understand the issue. Emergency or safety reports may be sent to safety@mrblindbandit.net. Copyright complaints go to copyright@mrblindbandit.net. Security vulnerabilities go to security@mrblindbandit.net.

The service may maintain moderation and appeal records for security, consistency, legal obligations, repeat-violation analysis, or defense of claims. Access should be limited to people who need the records for those purposes.
