Advertising and Sponsorship Disclosure

Eligible public pages may contain advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertising helps support the website. Advertisements do not necessarily reflect the views, recommendations, or endorsement of Mr. Blindbandit or Blindbandit Records.

Paid advertising should be visually and programmatically distinguishable from editorial content to the extent practical. The operator should not intentionally disguise an advertisement as an independent news article, user message, system notification, or ordinary editorial recommendation.

If money, free products, services, travel, access, discounts, or another material benefit influences a published endorsement or recommendation, the connection should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously with the content itself. A general disclosure page does not replace a disclosure that belongs next to the endorsement.

A page containing affiliate links should disclose that the operator may receive a commission or other benefit if a user completes an eligible transaction. The disclosure should appear where a reasonable user will encounter it before or near the commercial recommendation.

Receiving a free product, service, ticket, accommodation, access, or other thing of value should be disclosed when the relationship could affect how a reasonable audience evaluates the endorsement.

Compensation does not authorize a false claim. Endorsements should reflect the speaker's actual experience and should not communicate an objective product claim that lacks a reasonable basis.

Data practices associated with advertising are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie and Storage Notice. Consent mechanisms must control optional advertising processing where required by law or Google publisher requirements.

The service should not knowingly configure prohibited personalized advertising for children or use a child-safety surface as a vehicle for inappropriate targeting.

The private label portal should remain free of public AdSense advertising unless a future change receives a dedicated privacy, contract, and security review.
