Blindbandit Records Portal Privacy
Updated October 13, 2026. This public notice explains the private label workspace before you sign in. It supplements the website Privacy Policy and applies to invited artists, clients, contractors and authorized label staff. The operator is Kaeleb Savon Heck, professionally known as Mr. Blindbandit, in connection with Blindbandit Records. Questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@mrblindbandit.net.
What the workspace processes
Depending on your relationship and permissions, portal records can include legal and artist names, contact details, account identifiers and roles, artist and catalog metadata, release identifiers, ownership and split information, contracts and signatures where supported, statements, earnings and recoupment information, payment or invoice administration, project files, correspondence, tasks and security or audit events. Information is supplied by the account holder, authorized business participants or service providers involved in the requested activity. Do not place passwords, full card numbers, private keys or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary notes or messages.
How records are used
The workspace supports account authentication, release and project administration, communications, contract and rights management, accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal or contractual obligations. Providing a listening link or making an inquiry does not itself grant rights in a recording or authorize a new agreement. Access to a record is limited by the account role, the relevant relationship and the purpose of the task. A client account does not automatically receive another client's records or administrator functions.
Sign-in and sensitive actions
Clerk and configured account services handle authentication, sessions and security events. Authorized administrator actions require the applicable owner or role permissions, and sensitive operations can ask for recent identity verification. Being able to read this notice does not grant access to the workspace. Private portal pages remain protected by server authorization, are excluded from public indexing and use private cache behavior.
Service providers and disclosures
Sites and Cloudflare-backed infrastructure host the application, database and managed file storage. Clerk supports authentication, and Resend can deliver requested transactional communications. A configured payment service handles its own payment interface rather than asking you to put payment credentials into a portal message. Authorized counterparties or professional service providers may receive information needed to perform a contract, administer a release, handle accounting or resolve a dispute. Required disclosure may also occur in response to a valid legal obligation. Providers can process information in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Advertising isolation
The label workspace and sign-in, account, contract, payment and messaging surfaces do not carry AdSense or Ezoic advertising. Private portal documents, earnings, contracts, messages and account information are not used as Google advertising targeting data. Optional public-website privacy choices do not turn a private workspace record into public content.
Retention, security and requests
Records are retained according to the relationship, the purpose of the record and applicable legal, contractual, accounting, tax or dispute needs. Closing an account does not necessarily cancel a contract or remove a record which must be preserved. Restricted backups, audit records and legal holds can outlast a visible record; where a deletion request has a limit, the response should explain it. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every service, account or transmission will be free from incidents.
You can request information, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where the relevant right applies. Use the privacy rights form or the privacy contact above and identify the account and relevant records. Verification should be proportionate to the request; never send a password or one-time code by email. Report a suspected account compromise or vulnerability through Security Reporting.
