Mission

Blindbandit Mobile should be a safe place for fans, creators, and the blind and low-vision community to connect around music. Trust & Safety covers prohibited conduct, reporting, enforcement, appeals, and child protection for the /mobile product.

Prohibited conduct

You may not: harass, threaten, dox, or stalk; share non-consensual intimate imagery; exploit or sexualize minors; traffic persons; run scams or phishing; distribute malware; evade bans; scrape private messages; impersonate Mr. Blindbandit, Blindbandit Records, or other people to deceive; or use the service to commit crimes.

Spam, artificial engagement manipulation, and fraudulent verification/monetization applications are prohibited.

Child safety

Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). We report qualifying content to authorities and NCMEC/relevant hotlines as required. Users under 13 are not allowed. Grooming, sextortion, and sexualization of minors result in immediate enforcement.

Report child safety emergencies to safety@mrblindbandit.net and local law enforcement. See /safety/ for the full Child Safety Policy.

Reporting and enforcement

Report in-product where available, or email safety@mrblindbandit.net with URLs, handles, screenshots, and context. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, revoke verification/monetization, and preserve records for investigations.

Appeals: email safety@mrblindbandit.net with subject “Appeal” within 30 days. Frivolous or abusive appeals may be rejected.

Calls, messages, and push integrity

Do not use calling or messaging to abuse others. Mass unsolicited messages and notification spam are forbidden. Device tokens must belong to the registering user. Selling or transferring push tokens is prohibited.

Verification and monetization integrity

Providing false evidence for verification or monetization is grounds for denial and ban. The Mr. Blindbandit artist profile is Operator-verified; impersonation of that profile is a severe violation.

Law enforcement

We respond to valid legal process. Emergency disclosure may occur when we believe there is imminent risk of serious harm. Contact legal@mrblindbandit.net for process service details.

Relationship to Community Guidelines

Website Community Guidelines at /community-guidelines/ still apply to community boards. This Trust & Safety policy is tailored to Blindbandit Mobile social features and prevails for conflicts specific to /mobile.

Expanded official terms (September 18, 2026 — merged with Legal Master Package 2026.09.13)

Blindbandit Mobile is a production social and communications product of Blindbandit Records. This page forms part of the Operator’s binding public documentation together with the website Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookies notice, Community Guidelines, Copyright policy, Advertising Disclosure, Security Reporting policy, Submission Terms, Media Suite Terms, Child Safety Policy, and the Mobile-specific Privacy, Trust & Safety, and About documents.

Authentication is Clerk-only for end-user signup and session. Label portal invitation matching continues to rely on verified Clerk email. Push notification registration covers Web Push (VAPID), APNs, and FCM. Calling uses the Operator’s LiveKit server credentials held only as Worker secrets. Moderators may enforce bans, suspensions, mutes, content removal, verification decisions, token revocation, and call disconnects, with audit logging.

Master package safety and community crosswalk (September 13, 2026)

Blindbandit Mobile incorporates the public Community Guidelines (Part VII) and Child Safety Policy (Part VIII), plus Content Reports and Moderation Appeals (Supplement B).

Community rules (summary)

Purpose

The Mr. Blindbandit community is intended for lawful discussion, music discovery, artist interaction, polls, comments, announcements, and other constructive participation. Freedom to disagree does not create permission to threaten people, expose private information, impersonate others, infringe rights, exploit minors, commit fraud, or use the service as infrastructure for illegal conduct.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and should protect their credentials. Display names must not falsely imply official status, impersonate another person or organization, or intentionally confuse users about identity or authority.

Public nature of contributions

Posts, comments, display names, reactions, and other community content designated public can be seen, quoted, linked, indexed, or copied by others. Users should not publish information they expect to remain private. Private label-portal material belongs in the private portal, not the community.

Prohibited threats and violence

Do not make credible threats, solicit violence, celebrate or encourage imminent violence against identifiable people, publish instructions intended to facilitate a violent attack, or use the community to coordinate violent wrongdoing. Context matters for journalism, education, fiction, documentary discussion, and condemnation, but those contexts do not excuse a genuine threat.

Harassment and targeted abuse

Do not organize targeted harassment, repeatedly contact a person after clear requests to stop, encourage others to swarm or intimidate someone, or use slurs and demeaning attacks in a way that creates serious targeted abuse. Robust criticism of ideas, public work, companies, or public figures is not automatically harassment.

Privacy, doxxing, and intimate content

Do not publish another person's private home address, private phone number, passwords, authentication tokens, bank credentials, government identifiers, precise private location, nonpublic medical records, or comparable highly sensitive information without lawful authority. Do not post or threaten to post non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a person without consent.

Child sexual exploitation and endangerment

Any sexual exploitation of children, grooming, solicitation of sexual content from minors, child sexual abuse material, sexualized imagery of minors, trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate abuse is prohibited. Reports involving suspected child exploitation should be escalated through the safety process and handled under applicable reporting and preservation duties.

Hate and dehumanizing abuse

Do not use the service to incite violence or exclusion against protected groups or to direct severe dehumanizing abuse at people because of legally protected characteristics. Discussion of hateful ideology for criticism, reporting, education, history, or art can be allowed when the context is clear and does not itself promote unlawful harm.

Child safety (summary)

Audience and age floor

The general public website may contain music and information that families can view, but interactive community services are not intended for children under 13. A known child under 13 must not create a community account, submit public posts or comments, enroll in marketing, use professional submission forms intended for adults, or use private messaging features intended for older users.

Older minors

A person under the age of legal majority may use age-appropriate public features only where applicable law, platform rules, and parental or guardian requirements permit. A minor may not enter a binding record, licensing, booking, sponsorship, employment, or similar agreement without legally sufficient authority.

Music from minors

If a minor wants to submit music, the operator may require a parent or legal guardian to provide contact information, permission, identity or authority verification, and participation before evaluation proceeds beyond an initial non-binding review. The site should minimize collection of data from the minor and communicate primarily with the authorized adult where appropriate.

Prohibited exploitation

Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, sexual extortion, requests for sexual images, sexualized manipulation of a minor's image, or facilitation of child abuse is prohibited.

Privacy and personal information

Minors should not publicly post school schedules, home addresses, precise routine locations, private phone numbers, passwords, financial information, government identifiers, or other data that creates unnecessary safety risk. The operator may remove such information even when the minor posted it voluntarily.

Advertising and profiling

The service should not knowingly configure personalized advertising directed to a child in a way prohibited by applicable law or Google publisher rules. If a feature becomes directed to children or the operator acquires actual knowledge triggering a children's privacy law, the product and consent model must be reassessed before continued processing.

Mobile enforcement may include content removal, account suspension or ban, mute, verification denial, monetization restriction, push-token revocation, and LiveKit call disconnect, with audit logging for authorized operators.
