Account recovery

A password or sign-in recovery request is an account security action, not a public message to staff. Use the official recovery instructions supplied by the account provider or the recovery option on the official sign-in page.

Check the website address before opening a recovery link. Do not forward a password-reset link, send a one-time code by email or share a new password with someone claiming to be support. If a link has expired, restart recovery through the official account interface.

Read before signing in

The public Portal Privacy notice explains account data, contracts, financial administration, providers and rights requests. It is readable without signing in or turning on JavaScript. You can also read the website Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

The interactive account controls require JavaScript. If they do not load or are inaccessible, use the contact directory to request account or accessibility help. Private workspace information remains behind server authorization. Sign-in and recovery pages do not carry advertising.
