• List responsibilities on both sides and a realistic timeline.
• Be open about budget, rights and how any content will be labelled.
• Mention how the project will be accessible to blind and low-vision people.

How proposals are reviewed

Each proposal is read to understand whether it fits the music and values described on this site, whether the timeline is realistic and whether it can be delivered accessibly. If more information is needed, a reply will ask for it. There is no fixed response time, and not every proposal receives a reply. Keep a copy of what you sent, and send updates by replying to your original message rather than starting a new one.
