The interview brief builder helps journalists, podcasters and event organisers prepare a focused interview request: the outlet, format, date, length, angle and topics. A clear brief makes it easier for any artist, including Mr. Blindbandit, to say yes.
How to use it
- Enter the outlet or program and the contact name.
- Choose the format — written Q&A, audio, video, podcast or live appearance — and add the date, estimated duration and planned publication date.
- Describe the editorial angle and tick the topics you would like to cover.
- Choose Build interview brief, then copy or download it and send it through the booking and interview form.
Screen-reader and keyboard tips
Results appear in a live region, so VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack read the answer as soon as it is ready without moving your focus. Press Tab to move between fields and Shift+Tab to go back. On an iPhone or iPad, swipe right with one finger to move through the form and double-tap to activate a button.
- The format list is a standard select menu, and topics are checkboxes you can toggle with Space.
- Mention any accessibility needs for the interview, such as sharing questions in advance as text.
Ways people use it
- Requesting an interview with Mr. Blindbandit about music, accessibility or independent creative life.
- Preparing a podcast guest invitation.
- Planning a live appearance or panel.
