The daily planner keeps a simple plan for one day: your three most important priorities, your appointments or time blocks, and notes. It is deliberately plain so it works well with a screen reader and a keyboard.
How to use it
- The date is filled in with today’s date. Change it if you are planning another day.
- Type up to three priorities, one per line.
- Add appointments and time blocks, one per line, for example “10:00 studio session”.
- Add any notes, then choose Build and save.
- Use Download to save a text file, or Print to print the plan.
Screen-reader and keyboard tips
Results appear in a live region, so VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack read the answer as soon as it is ready without moving your focus. Press Tab to move between fields and Shift+Tab to go back. On an iPhone or iPad, swipe right with one finger to move through the form and double-tap to activate a button.
- The finished plan is read back in order: date, priorities, schedule and notes.
- Because each section is a plain text box, you can review what you typed line by line with your screen reader’s reading commands.
Ways people use it
- Planning a studio or practice day.
- Keeping a short to-do list for school or work.
- Writing a plan you can print or share as a text file.
