Mr. Blindbandit is Kaeleb Savon Heck, an American blind music creator and digital artist born in Salem, Virginia. Based in the Philippines, he works with accessible technology and screen readers to create music shaped by sound, memory and movement.

Heck's creative work developed around sound as both an artistic medium and a practical way of understanding space. Working without visual waveforms, he uses accessible technology and screen readers to navigate music and digital production tools. His work under the Mr. Blindbandit name includes ambient, cinematic, electronic, experimental and story-driven material, with recurring themes of atmosphere, spatial sound, memory and movement.
